And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?
If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
(Genesis 4:6-7)

 

 

In this series are Cain and Abel already grown men and between the two is jealousy has crept. Jealousy in particular, which led in the end to a terrible tragedy – the killing of his brother. Cain was expelled. New people come into the world and follow the steps of their father Cain. The world is always unjust. Injustice and murder, fornication and disobedience lead to God, the terrible words “end of all flesh is come before me pronounce.
